Support
Write to support@saram.sh about anything: a run that went wrong, a question about how Saram works, or an idea. We answer within two business days. Including the run's link or id helps us find it fast.
Billing
Your plan, balance, top-ups and invoices are in the dashboard under Settings › Billing. For a charge you do not recognise, a refund or anything else about a bill, write to support@saram.sh with your organisation's name. The refund and cancellation policy says what to expect.
Privacy and security
To see, export or delete your data, or to report a security issue, write to support@saram.sh with “privacy” or “security” in the subject. Please give us a chance to fix a vulnerability before you share it publicly. The privacy policy has the details.
