Terms of service
The agreement between you and Saram when you use saram.sh, the dashboard, the API or the MCP server. Plain words where we can manage them.
Last updated October 28, 20261. Who we are
Saram is operated by Nullspace Studios, LLC, 221 Main St, Ste R, Nashua, NH 03060, USA (“Saram”, “we”, “us”). These terms cover the website at saram.sh, the dashboard at dashboard.saram.sh, the API at api.saram.sh, the MCP server and the documentation (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use Saram for a company, you agree for that company and confirm you may do so.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and use Saram for your work or business, not as a consumer.
- Keep your sign-in, your API keys and your members' access secure. What happens under your account is your responsibility.
- An organisation's owners and admins control its members, keys and billing.
3. What Saram does
Saram gives AI personas a goal and a real browser. They visit the website or app you point them at, try to reach the goal, and record what happened: screenshots, video, step-by-step traces and the persona's own notes. Saram then reports what got in their way.
Personas are AI models, not people. Their findings can be wrong or incomplete, and a run that ends does not mean the goal was reached. Treat results as evidence to review, not as a guarantee about your product, its accessibility, its security or how real customers will behave.
4. Sites you test
You may only point Saram at websites and apps that you own or have permission to test. You are responsible for:
- having that permission, and following the terms of any third-party service your test touches;
- the test accounts, credentials and data you give us, which should be test data wherever possible;
- what personas do on your instructions. They click, type and submit forms like a person would, so a test against a live site can place orders, send messages or change data. Use a test or staging environment when that matters.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Saram to:
- break the law or anyone's rights, or test a site you are not allowed to test;
- overload, attack, scrape or get around the access controls of any site or service;
- create spam, fraud, malware or harmful content;
- probe, overload or get around Saram's own security, limits or billing;
- resell the Service without our written agreement.
We may stop a run or suspend an account that breaks these rules, and will tell you why where we can.
6. Your content
You own what you bring to Saram (your goals, specs, files, credentials and the sites you test) and the results of your runs. You give us permission to host, process and transmit it only as needed to run the Service for you, including sending it to the model provider you connect. We do not use your content to train AI models. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.
How long we keep run evidence, and what else we collect, is in the privacy policy.
7. Model providers and other services
When personas use a model you connect, through your own API key or subscription, your use of that provider is under its terms, and it bills you for its model calls directly. Features that connect to other services, such as GitHub issue filing or a webhook, act in those services on your behalf.
8. Plans, billing and payment
- Plans and prices are on the pricing page. Prices are in US dollars, exclude tax, and tax is added where it applies.
- Usage is prepaid. Runs spend your balance; a run your balance cannot cover is refused before it starts.
- Pro renews monthly on the 1st until you cancel. If a Pro payment fails, Pro stays until the end of the month you paid for, then your organisation moves to Free unless the payment goes through.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email or in the dashboard. A change never applies to Usage you already bought.
Cancellation and refunds are in the refund and cancellation policy.
9. Ending the agreement
You can cancel Pro at any time from Settings › Billing, and close your account by writing to support@saram.sh. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the Service or others at risk, or goes unpaid; except in urgent cases we will warn you first. When an account closes, we delete its content as the privacy policy describes. Sections 6, 10, 11, 12 and 13 continue after the agreement ends.
10. The Service as it is
We work to keep Saram available and correct, and we change it often: features may be added, changed or removed. Except where the law does not allow it, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100.
12. Indemnity
You will defend and hold us harmless against claims by others that arise from the sites you tested, the content you gave us, or your breach of these terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States, and disputes go to its courts, except where the law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For a material change we will tell you at least 30 days ahead by email or in the dashboard. Using Saram after a change takes effect means you accept it.
15. Contact
Questions about these terms: support@saram.sh, or see contact.
